I wanted dishwasher safe chopsticks, and these are great. There were enough in the pack for me to take two pairs to work and leave two pairs at home. I have only used wood chopsticks before these, and I did not find these to be too difficult to use or too thin. One of the reasons that I eat with chopsticks is to force myself to eat a bit more slowly, and so I don't think gripping issues are a problem (and I had some gripping issues with wood chopsticks, too). I really like these chopsticks. They're sleek, dishwasher safe and quite elegant in a dinner setting. I like the idea of being able to thoroughly clean them between each user. Wooden ones are pretty, but don't have the ability of going thro the dishwasher. These do. Great product!Customer Review: Excellent Value

They are made from good quality hollow stainless steel. No rough edges at all. In fact, they are seamless.

These are well made but I find I don't use them a lot. Instead, I use the wooden or bamboo ones. I think it's the psychological fear of biting on something hard or perhaps it's just resistance to change.Customer Review: For experts only

These chopsticks have very little grip, so don't get them if you're not adept at chopsticks. Also, they were extremely light and felt kind of flimsy. I think they're made of plastic covered with stainless steel or they're hollow. For five bucks, I guess that's what can be expected.
